Overview
Runtak is an online marketplace platform where verified suppliers can showcase and sell their products to customers across Bangladesh.
Runtak does not hold or manage physical inventory. All products listed on Runtak are supplied, delivered, and supported by registered suppliers.
By becoming a supplier, you agree to comply with the following terms and operational guidelines.
How the Runtak Supplier Model Works
>> Suppliers list their products on the Runtak platform.
>> Products are displayed and marketed by Runtak.
>> The brand name shown on each product will be the supplier’s brand/business name.
>> Customers place orders on Runtak.
>> Runtak receives the order and forwards:
- Customer details
- Delivery address
- Order invoice to the supplier.
>> The supplier arranges home delivery directly to the customer.
>> Payment settlement and refunds are processed in coordination with Runtak.
Supplier Responsibilities
As a Runtak supplier, you agree to:
1. Product & Branding
- Ensure all product information (price, description, images, video, specifications) is accurate and updated.
- Sell products under your own brand or business name.
- Guarantee product authenticity and quality.
2. Inventory & Order Fulfillment
- Maintain sufficient stock availability for listed products.
- Fulfill confirmed orders within the promised delivery time frame.
- Handle home delivery to the customer using your own logistics or courier service.
- Provide tracking details (if available) to Runtak.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery.
- Bear responsibility for delivery delays caused by supplier-side issues.
- Any damage during supplier-arranged delivery is the supplier’s responsibility.
4. Return & Exchange Handling
- Suppliers must handle all product returns and exchanges directly.
If a return or exchange request is approved:
- Supplier must arrange pickup or replacement.
- Supplier must ensure timely resolution.
- Runtak may assist in coordination, but the final responsibility lies with the supplier.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed jointly by Runtak and the supplier.
Suppliers must:
- Confirm return receipt and product condition.
- Cooperate with Runtak to initiate refunds.
- Refunds may be issued via:
- Original payment method
- Mobile banking or Store credit (if applicable)
6. Customer Support
>> Suppliers must respond promptly to:
- Product inquiries
- Delivery issues
- Return or exchange requests
>> Failure to maintain service quality may result in:
- Product delisting
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from Runtak
Runtak’s Responsibilities
Runtak will:
- Showcase supplier products on its platform.
- Handle platform-level marketing and promotions.
- Receive customer orders and forward them with invoices to suppliers.
- Assist in customer communication and refund coordination.
- Monitor supplier performance and customer satisfaction.
Prohibited Activities
Suppliers are strictly prohibited from:
- Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
- Providing misleading product information.
- Contacting customers for off-platform sales.
- Sharing or misusing customer data.
- Violation may result in immediate termination.
Supplier Eligibility
To become a supplier, you must:
- Be a registered business or verified individual seller.
- Provide valid identification and business details.
- Agree to Runtak’s Supplier Terms & Policies.
Termination of Supplier Account
Runtak reserves the right to suspend or terminate supplier accounts due to:
- Repeated order failures
- Poor customer feedback
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent activity
